The First Treatment Essence: top Missha product <2020.01.31>
Night Repair Violet Ampoule wins No. 2 position
The First Treatment Essence has been picked as the best Missha product, according to a recent customer survey on the Seoul-based cosmetics brand.
Able C&C, which operates the Missha brand, said on Jan. 31 that up to 16.1 percent of respondents opted for the famous essence, which spearheaded the ferments movement in K-beauty.
The Seoul-based company carried out the survey in time with its 20th anniversary.
Missha Night Repair Violet Ampoule took the second position with 15.1 percent, followed by Artemisia Treatment Essence with 9 percent and Bee Pollen Renew Ampouler with 8.7 percent.
Four more products gained higher than 5 percent, including Modern Shadow Italprism with 7.2 percent, Perfect Cover BB Cream with 6.7 percent, Cho Bo Yang BB Cream with 6.1 percent, and 3D/4D Mascara with 6 percent.
Able C&C also asked its users to select its best past products, which are not available in the market now.
In the category, M BB Boomer topped the podium by garnering 14.4 percent, chased by Signature Velvet Art Shadow with 10.6 percent, and The Style Beautiful Tint with 10.2 percent.
“The First Treatment Essence and Night Repair Violet Ampoule have won the hearts and minds of customers. On top of the two traditional superstars, Artemisia Treatment Essence and Bee Pollen Renew Ampouler are our new bestsellers,” said Able C&C Chief Marketing Officer Gina Yu.
“Based on the survey, we think of various ways to show our appreciation to our customers and better communicate with them.”
